Many details are below, but here are a few IMPORTANT things to note:
~Transportation to and from the airport in a shared vehicle is included in your booking price. No need to arrange a taxi when arriving or leaving Cancun.
~To guarantee availability and discounted pricing, please put down your retainer with Zemke Travel as soon as possible!

We have a 24-hour emergency line available for our clients if there should be any flight delays or problems at the resort while traveling. Again, instead of reaching a call center, you will reach one of our travel advisors, who will do what they can to resolve your problem.
Most importantly, our strong relationship with the resort helps to ensure that members of our group that are booked through us will not be walked and placed in another resort due to overbooking.

Closest airport to the resort is Cancun International Airport (CUN)

If you would like to book your flight + hotel as a package this can be arranged with Rochelle as well. In the reservation form mark "YES" to the flight question and you will be contacted to verify airline and connection preferences for published rates.

We recommend booking your flights as early as you can. You may book it via your favorite airline.

Consider using miles or credit card points if you have them.

We are confident in our pricing but if you were to find a cheaper “deal” outside of Zemke Travel's Quote, please allow us an opportunity to price match. We would like to do our best to earn your business.
